The freshly made flavor is ready to serve and does not undergo any thermal shock thanks to the static storage system. Synthesis 2 is the modular system to satisfy

every need: each module consists of two completely independent cylinders in

order to produce different flavors of Gelato at the same time. For each cylinder, it

is possible to set the desired consistency and storage temperature.

Thanks to the exclusive Hard-O-Tronic® system you can always achieve perfect

results. The progress of the freezing is constantly shown on the LCD display and

with the arrows, it is always possible to change the consistency to obtain your ideal ice cream.
